Finding your accommodation and booking is easy.

You may know exactly what you are looking for and where you want to stay and look up the name of the property.  Or, you can use the booking enquiry form to create a list of properties that meet your requirements. From there, you can email your enquiry to any properties on the list that interest you or click through for more information.

You can book online automatically where you see a 'Book Now' button on a listing.

Please note, BBFAA is not a booking service and we do not keep a list of vacancies. You will be booking directly with the host, either online or in person.

Booking Deposits

Most properties on this website require a deposit to confirm a booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking for any reason, please give as much notice as possible. This is particularly important in high seasons and at long weekends. Your host are running a small business that does not have the capacity to fill a vacancy in the same way that a large accommodation business, such as a hotel, would have.

Booking Confirmations and Cancellation Policies

Your host will provide a written confirmation of your booking. Please pay particular attention to their cancellation policy as the amount of notice you give of a cancellation may affect any refund conditions.

Booking with a BBFAA Gift Voucher

If you are booking and using a BBFAA national accommodation gift voucher you must advise the host when making your initial enquiry that you wish to use a voucher as payment or part payment of the tariff. Book well ahead and be aware that there may not be a vacancy at your accommodation of choice for when you choose to stay.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Hosts generally require guests to check-in and check out at specific times. This is to enable them to have sufficient time to clean and prepare the accommodation for the next guests. Please advise your host if you will be checking in much later than their stipulated time.
