Our six bedroom Lodge is located on the brow of a hill overlooking “The Alice” with great views of the town and backing onto the ‘Spencer Hill Community Park ‘.

The Park contains desert wildlife, and kangaroos often wander up to the Lodges gardens for water. Wild native birds abound Birders welcome.

We are only a five minute drive, or twenty minute walk, from the town Centre. Or a ten dollar taxi ride.

The Lodge is well air-conditioned w and also provides heating for winter nights. Photographs of The Alice in earlier years decorate the walls.

A private laundry is free of charge for the convenience of our guests. A BBQ area provides stunning views of the sunset, and a large swimming pool is maintained for the use of guests.

Cavenagh Lodge has a liquor license .Australian bottled beer & wine sold.

To enjoy that absolute privacy guests are supplied with a hot and cold larder to prepare their own breakfast at their leisure.
